You need:
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, grounded
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together well.
- Form the mix into small burger or meatballs and fry them.
*If you ground the onion, there is no need to add a couple tsp. of water.
