Ganache Cake


You need:
  • 16 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 stick butter
Instructions:
Microwave the chocolate and the cream until melted. Do not let it boil. Stir in the butter. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Spread it from the center and then the side. Let it stand for about 30 minutes and then refrigerate it. Transfer the cake into another plate before serving. The chocolate Ganache topping can be poured over whatever cake you like.
