Mussaka

You need:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 medium eggplants
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
¾ cup of flour
2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions:
Fry the ground beef and onion in a large saucepan. Peel and cube the potatoes. Arrange them in a greased baking pan. This should be the first of the 3 layers. Cover this with peeled and cubed eggplants. The third layer is the ground beef. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, black pepper and salt.
 The top layer is a sauce only used in this recipe. In a saucepan, over medium heat, mix together the flour and the milk. Pour over the third layer prepared earlier. Bake in 350F oven for about 45 minutes or until the sauce poured on top looks yellow-brownish.
