- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, grounded
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- Mix the ground beef with the black pepper, salt and cumin.
- Ground the onion, or chop it into very small pieces. Add a couple tsp. of water.*
- Mix all the ingredients together well.
- Form the mix into burger shapes and barbecue them.
