Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

You need:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • spice of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large tomatoes, or 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
Instructions:
Mix well all the ingredients besides the tomatoes and garlic. Form the meatballs with wet hands. Fry the meatballs into a frying pan. Add the diced tomatoes, garlic, and some salt. Keep cooking for 10 more minutes. Serve with pasta.
