Pickled Cabbage with Chicken


You need:
  • 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 lb of pickled cabbage, finely cut
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 large carrot (chopped)
  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • salt to taste

Instructions:
            Cut and fry the chicken breasts. Add salt to the onion, peppers, and carrot and fry them in a skillet, after the chicken in golden-brown. Place the cabbage along with the chicken breasts and vegetables into the casserole pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Pour the vegetable oil over it. Bake it in the oven at 350 F for an hour. Mix, occasionally.
